American Traveler seeks an experienced Emergency Department RN with a VT or compact license and critical access hospital experience for mid-shift assignments.

Details

• Position is in the Emergency Department of a critical access hospital
• Must work mid-shift hours: either 11AM-11PM or 1PM-1AM
• Rotating shifts are required
• Required to work every other weekend
• Facility is a 25-bed critical access hospital

Requirements

• Active VT or compact RN license is required
• Minimum of 3 years of ER nursing experience is required
• Current certifications required: ACLS, PALS, BLS/BCLS, and TNCC
• Previous critical access hospital and emergency room nursing experience strongly preferred

Additional Information

• Candidates must attend quarterly department education sessions
• The hospital operates in a rural setting
• Effective teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential
