American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a critical need role in Atlanta, requiring a GA or compact RN license and expertise in complex case management.

Details

• Position based in a regional office setting
• Day shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Contract assignment lasting 13 weeks
• Involvement with complex case management, including chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular issues, and behavioral health
• Utilizes Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required at the time of consideration
• Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Minimum five years of professional practice experience in acute care
• At least two years of experience in utilization review, case management, or discharge planning preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or a master's degree in Case Management required
• Complex Case Management certification preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Submission must include last 4 digits of SSN and DOB

Additional Information

• Responsible for case management of patients with complex medical and psychosocial needs
• Required to have experience managing patients with chronic conditions and coordinating multidisciplinary care
• Must comply with HR tenure policies that limit assignment duration to a maximum of two years without a 90-day break
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
