American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager with a GA or compact license, specializing in complex case management and utilization review for a critical need assignment.

Details

• Position based in an office/administrative setting
• Schedule is 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 8-hour shifts, with weekend and holiday coverage required
• 13-week assignment
• Patient population includes individuals with chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular, and behavioral health needs
• Utilizes EPIC EMR system

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum of 5 years of complex case management or utilization management experience
• Experience managing chronic conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular, and behavioral health
• Experience or certification in complex case management preferred
• Submission of last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required

Additional Information

• Duties focus on case management for patients with chronic and complex conditions
• Must provide holiday and weekend coverage as scheduled
• Contingent workers cannot remain on assignment longer than two years without a 90-day break
• Local and travel rates are the same for this position
