Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position in California requiring a CA RN license and flexibility to float between campuses.

Details

• Work in a hospital Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Day shift consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 to 19:30
• May float to other units within scope of practice and to different campuses as needed
• Notice of at least 1.5 hours provided prior to floating, with shuttle transportation available

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg Tele
• Must be able to float within scope of practice
• Return staff must be gone at least 1 year to be eligible
• Must be available to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing

Additional Information

• Only one approved holiday request off (RTO) will be considered during the contract
• A 50 mile radius rule applies for candidate eligibility
• Travelers are expected to be flexible regarding unit and campus assignments
