American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Perioperative Circulator for adult surgery in a Level 1 environment with call and holiday requirements.

Details

• Position based in the Adult Surgery department of a hospital setting
• Operating room role working with adult patients undergoing operative and invasive procedures
• Schedule is 4 days per week with 10-hour day shifts from 6am to 5pm
• Call and holiday coverage are required
• Unit maintains Level 1 acuity standards

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma or compact RN license required
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Minimum one year of experience in an acute operating room environment required
• Strong understanding of AORN Standards necessary
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate perioperative nursing care

Additional Information

• Responsible for planning and delivering nursing care for patients during operative and invasive procedures
• Direct and indirect provision of professional perioperative nursing care, including ongoing evaluation and documentation
• Must individualize patient care based on health status, age, and surgical procedure
• Ability to work effectively as part of a perioperative team is essential
• No local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius of the facility
