Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Infusion RN with a current CA license and ONS chemo-bio certification for a day-shift contract.

Details

• Position is in an Infusion Center setting
• Day shifts are 4x9 hours, typically between 8:00-17:30 or 9:00-18:00
• Variable days with every other weekend required
• Patient population includes those requiring various infusions, not limited to oncology
• Experience with Epic charting is preferred

Requirements

• Active California RN license required
• ONS chemo-bio certification required (within a 2-year cycle)
• Minimum 2 years recent infusion center experience
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Must have all certifications (AHA or American Red Cross) in hand at time of consideration

Additional Information

• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of accepting the position
• Completion of non-billable orientation modules required
• Return staff must have been separated for at least one year before being eligible
• Only one holiday off will be approved during the contract
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
• Local candidates are accepted at a local rate
