American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cath Lab position in Chicago, requiring an IL RN license and Cath Lab experience with call responsibilities.

Details

• Work in a busy cardiac catheterization lab within a hospital setting
• Procedures include angioplasty, TAVR-Watchman’s, peripheral vascular and carotid EP, and structural heart cases
• Uses Epic and Merge EMR systems
• Schedule is 07:00–17:30, four days per week, with potential for extended hours based on case load
• Required to take call for 14 days within each 6-week period, with on-call from 15:30–07:00
• Rotating weekends and holidays required

Requirements

• Active IL RN license required
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience required
• Workplace Violence Prevention certification (DCI/BVP) required, can be completed via CDC or accredited platforms
• Epic and Merge EMR experience preferred
