Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN with at least 18 months of experience for a Cath Lab position requiring BLS and ACLS certifications, with on-call evening and weekend requirements.

Details

• Work in the Cath Lab of a short-term acute care teaching hospital
• Patient population includes those requiring cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Uses EPIC for charting
• Day shift position, working 4x10-hour shifts from 06:30 to 17:00
• On-call requirements include evenings and weekends
• Floating within scope required to meet facility needs

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 18 months RN experience required; 2 years preferred
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Pending license accepted
• Nicotine-free status required with a negative nicotine (cotinine) screen
• Must pass EKG and Pharmacology tests during orientation with only two attempts allowed
• First-time travelers accepted
• Facility does not accept candidates with any license infractions
