American Traveler is seeking a Home Health RN with HCHB and travel experience to provide home-based care in the Greensboro and High Point areas.

Details

• Home Health setting covering the Greensboro and High Point areas
• Monday through Friday day shifts, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Requires daily travel and own transportation
• Caseload management and case management duties required
• Assignment is 8 weeks with potential extension up to 12 weeks based on census

Requirements

• Active NC RN or compact RN license, or proof that license will be in hand before start
• At least 1 year of case management experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) required
• Must be able to provide two supervisory references

Additional Information

• Mileage reimbursement is provided at the federal rate
• Non-inpatient role requiring reliable personal vehicle for daily travel
• Modules must be completed during orientation; average time is 3 hours
• Time off requests should be minimal and disclosed at time of application
• Expect to work some holidays during the assignment
• Travel pairs are considered on a case-by-case basis
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
