Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN with telemetry experience for a Med/Surg/Tele Float Pool position in Connecticut requiring BLS and ACLS certifications.

Details

• Work in a hospital float pool covering Med/Surg and Telemetry units
• Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Float to various units as needed within the hospital
• Telemetry experience is required
• Every other weekend is required

Requirements

• Active CT or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required
• Telemetry experience required
• NIHSS certification preferred
• License/certificate verification must be dated within 30 days of start

Additional Information

• Provide care to a variety of patient populations as assigned in Med/Surg and Telemetry settings
• May be required to float between departments to meet hospital needs
• Both 36-hour and 48-hour per week contracts will be considered
• Holiday coverage may be required per unit scheduling needs
• Dress code and scrub color requirements to be provided upon assignment
