American Traveler is seeking an RN Case Manager with at least 2 years of experience and a FL or compact RN license for a rehabilitation hospital assignment.

Details

• Position located in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Unit serves patients requiring rehabilitative care

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience
• Must not have been a permanent staff employee at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
• Cannot be concurrently employed full time elsewhere
• Date of birth and Social Security number required for consideration
• COVID vaccination required
• RQI certifications are not accepted

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the assignment facility
• Responsibilities include RN case management for rehabilitation patients
• A skills checklist is required
