American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position in a GU/GI inpatient unit, requiring a GA or compact RN license and at least 18 months of experience.

Details

• Work in a hospital GU/GI inpatient unit specializing in genitourinary and gastrointestinal patients
• 12-hour night shifts
• 13-week assignment
• No on-call responsibilities
• No local candidates within a 50-mile radius are eligible

Requirements

• Active Georgia or compact state RN license in hand
• Minimum of 18 months RN experience required
• Must provide SSN and DOB for credentialing
• Former permanent staff must be separated for one year from the health system, and 18 months if returning to the same facility

Additional Information

• RTO must not exceed five days if not during holidays, or three days if on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday time-off request is permitted during the contract
• Requests for several days off during holiday periods will not be approved; time off must be spread out
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Holiday shift coverage may be required
