American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring a MN RN license and strong call flexibility.

Details

• Work in the Operating Room of an acute care, Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting
• Shifts are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Call required from 3:30 pm – 7:00 am two to three evenings weekly, and every third weekend from Friday 3:30 pm to Monday 7:00 am
• Must be able to circulate and follow patients into PACU 1 to 2 times per day
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active MN RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum of 2 years recent Operating Room RN experience
• Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Ability and willingness to learn PACU procedures
• No BSN required

Additional Information

• Ceil Blue scrubs are required and will be provided
• Orientation provided prior to starting call duties
• Travelers will begin call duties after two weeks of orientation
• Candidates with previous employment at Sanford Health must have an end date at least 6 months prior to consideration
• Local candidates within 80 miles are accepted, with a rate adjustment
• Must badge in and out of facility for each shift
