Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring a MD or compact state license and night shift availability.

Details

Work in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
Night shift position, 3x12 or 4x12 hour shifts (20:00-08:30)
Every other weekend and holiday coverage required as scheduled
Floating required within the specialty, sister units, and to lower acuity areas as needed
No pre-scheduled on-call shifts required

Requirements

Active RN license in MD or compact state required
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, CPI, and NIH Stroke Scale
First-time travelers will be considered

Additional Information

Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
Expected to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
