Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown Cardiac Telemetry position requiring a MA RN license and strong cardiac surgery unit experience.

Details

• Work in a stepdown cardiac unit within a hospital setting
• Patient population consists of post-cardiac surgery cases requiring telemetry monitoring
• 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) with a schedule of three shifts per week
• Every other weekend and every other holiday are required for scheduling

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Cardiac telemetry experience required, especially on a cardiac surgery unit
• Must pass an EKG test prior to starting
• Two professional references required, including one from a Nurse Manager or higher
• Candidates must reside more than 200 miles from the facility

• Holiday coverage is mandatory as assigned
