American Traveler is seeking an experienced LPN for night shift swing bed long-term care rehab with wound care and PT caseload, requiring 1+ year of hospital experience and BLS.

Details

• Position is on a swing bed long-term care unit focused on rehabilitation
• Patient population includes individuals requiring wound care, physical therapy, and IV therapy
• Night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No local travelers permitted within a 50-mile radius of the facility

Requirements

• Active LPN license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of recent hospital experience required
• BLS certification required with no certification expiring within 30 days of start
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Driver's license required for consideration
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week

Additional Information

• Main responsibilities include providing care for wound management, administering IV therapy, and supporting rehabilitation activities
• Candidates must have a permanent address 50+ miles from the facility
• Travelers who have been permanent staff at any CHS facility in the past 2 years are not eligible
• Documentation required includes an active LPN license, BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license
• Holiday and weekend shifts as scheduled
