Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Long Term Care assignment in Minnesota requiring a current MN RN license and at least 2 years of LTC experience.

Details

• Work in a long term care setting
• Patient population consists of residents requiring skilled nursing care, including those with dementia
• Assignment is 13 weeks in length
• Shifts are 8-12 hours in duration

Requirements

• Active MN RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of long term care RN experience required
• Experience providing assessments, care coordination, and supervision in an LTC environment

Additional Information

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to household nursing staff
• Oversee and implement clinical policies, resident care documentation, and medication administration practices
• Participate in person-centered care planning and promote resident well-being
• Foster collaboration with other medical staff and departments
• Demonstrate dementia sensitivity and individualized care practices
