Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Endoscopy RN with advanced procedure competency and an active LA or compact RN license.

Details

• Position is in a hospital Endoscopy unit
• Care involves all areas of endoscopy, including EUS, ERCP, bronchoscopy, EBUS, and ION Robot procedures
• Day shifts are 8 hours, Monday through Friday, with possible shifts beginning between 6:00 and 8:00 AM
• On-call coverage is required for after hours, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Active LA or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
• Must be fully competent in all standard and advanced endoscopic procedures, including EUS, ERCP, bronchoscopy, and EBUS
• Experience with bariatric procedures and ION Robot is preferred
• Must reside at least 65 miles away from the facility

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include independent nursing in all endoscopic and pulmonary procedures
• May be assigned to an Emergency Team with required presence during facility emergencies
• Expected to demonstrate strong patient advocacy and align with the mission and values of the organization
• Must function to the same standards as a permanent staff member
