American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric Emergency Department night shift role requiring a VA or compact RN license and advanced pediatric certifications.

Details

• Position is in a Pediatric Emergency Department setting
• Night shift, working three 12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00) per week
• 13-week contract assignment
• Patient population is pediatric emergency cases
• Floating may be required based on clinical experience
• Uses Epic EMR system

Requirements

• Active VA or compact RN license, or license pending
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, and NRP certifications are required
• Minimum of 4 years RN experience, with at least 1 year in a Level 1 or 2 years in a Level 2 trauma pediatric emergency department
• Epic EMR experience is required
• Must provide two professional references
• Copy of required certifications, driver’s license, and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• May take up to 40 hours of time off during the contract
• Twelve months must pass before returning as a traveler
• No radius rule for candidates
