American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown/Telemetry night position requiring an IN or compact license and strong critical care skills.

Details

• Work in a hospital stepdown unit with flexible acuity
• Night shift schedule: 3x12 hour shifts, 19:00–07:30
• Every other weekend is required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating to MS level may be required
• Charting is performed using Cerner EMR
• Royal blue scrubs are required
• Must work one holiday per 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active IN or compact RN license
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience is required
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required
• NIHSS certification preferred
• No first-time travelers will be considered
• Pending licenses will be accepted
• All travelers must live at least 50 miles from the facility

• Care for patients with varying acuity in a stepdown/telemetry unit
• Travelers may be canceled or may call off up to two times per assignment

• Holiday coverage is required for one holiday per contract
• Must comply with scrub color requirement
