American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN with at least two years of experience and required BLS and NIHSS certifications for day shifts.

Details

• Work on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a hospital setting
• Provides care for medical-surgical patients requiring telemetry
• Day shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 to 19:30
• Every other weekend is required
• Floating to other units as needed
• 8-week contract options are available

Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license
• Minimum of two years recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Successful completion of the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with at least 80% overall and 100% on lethal rhythms

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment
• Local candidates within 60 miles are accepted
• Holiday coverage may be required according to facility needs
