American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position in Alaska requiring an active AK RN license and strong med-surg background.

Details

Work in a 31-bed Med/Surg hospital unit
Patient ratios follow national standards
Uses equipment including Meditech EMR, OBIX, and Pyxis Supply Stations
12-hour day shifts
No floating to other units
Scrubs are provided

Requirements

Active AK RN license required
Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
Current BLS and HS AED certifications required
Strong critical thinking skills

Additional Information

Completion of Meditech and OBIX training and a three-day unit orientation is provided
Medication Testing must be completed onsite within the first two weeks
On-call coverage may be required as needed
