American Traveler is hiring a Chemo Certified RN for an outpatient infusion unit with a GA or compact RN license and ONS/ONCC certification required.

Details

• Position is in an outpatient chemo infusion unit
• Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekends or on-call required
• May float within the facility and rarely to PWIC as needed
• No blocked scheduling is allowed
• Locals are accepted at the same rate

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• ONS/ONCC chemotherapy certification required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience
• Unit accepts first-time travelers
• Two supervisory references from current or recent managers are required

Additional Information

• Infuse chemotherapy medications in an outpatient infusion setting
• Candidates must be able to work major holidays based on the number that fall within their assignment period
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off, with none permitted during the first week
• Full compliance required before the start date, including orientation schedules
• Cannot return as a traveler unless away from all Piedmont facilities for at least one year
• Returning travelers must complete a successful assignment outside of Piedmont if previously deemed ineligible
• Travel pairs are not permitted on the same shift and unit
