Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Critical Care Unit ICU position, requiring a WI or compact RN license and at least 2 years of ICU experience.

Details

• Work in a hospital Critical Care Unit providing care for both ICU, IMC, and Med/Surg patients
• Acuity adaptable unit with mixed patient population
• Night shift from 19:00 to 07:30
• Required to work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Float may be required onsite within skill set or to locations within 40 miles if needed

Requirements

• Active RN license in WI or compact state is required
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience is required
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale, all must be AHA
• Primary source license verification and Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to assignment start
• Possession of a US Social Security Number and US address is required for consideration

Additional Information

• Must be willing to work with a patient mix including ICU, Intermediate Care, and Med/Surg
• No artificial or acrylic nails and nails must be kept short (less than 1/4 inch)
• Position may require floating to other sites or units within a 40-mile radius based on need
• Radius rule applies for local candidates which may affect pay rate
