Description

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for a Mother Baby - Newborn Nursery role requiring a MS or compact RN license and experience with cesarean recovery.

Details

Work in the Nursery unit of a hospital setting
Night shifts with schedules of 3x12 or rotating 4x12 shifts, 7:00pm–7:00am
Every other weekend required
Responsibilities include circulating and recovering cesarean section cases
EMR systems used: Meditech and Centricity Perinatal
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate

Requirements

Active MS or compact RN license required
Current BLS and NRP certifications required
Minimum of 2 years RN experience required
Experience circulating and recovering cesarean sections required
Familiarity with Meditech and Centricity Perinatal EMR preferred

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Must provide care to newborns and support mothers post-delivery, including C-section recovery
Alternating weekend shifts are part of the scheduling requirement
