American Traveler is seeking a Stepdown RN with a KS or compact RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Details

• Position is in a Medical Surgical Acute Stepdown unit
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, three days per week
• One weekend shift required per month
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license is required
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Current ACLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross
• NIHSS certification required
• Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP) required; can be completed via CDC or other approved resource
• Primary source license or certification verification within 30 days of start
• Minimum one year of recent specialty experience required

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include providing care to stepdown patients in an acute medical surgical setting
• Requires weekend coverage once per month
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travelers
