American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery travel assignment requiring a VA or compact license and at least two years of L&D experience.

Details

• Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• 13-week contract assignment
• Care for maternity patients in all stages of labor and delivery

Requirements

• Active RN license in VA or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (RQI certifications not accepted)
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• COVID vaccination documentation required
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Permanent address must be more than 60 miles from the facility
• Cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during assignment

Additional Information

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum
• Adhere to hospital policies and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
