• Serve in a long term care unit supporting diverse resident care needs
• 12-hour day shifts are scheduled for this assignment
• Assignment duration is 6 weeks

Requirements

• LPN license required for state of assignment if applicable
• Vermont candidates may apply without current VT licensure but must obtain VT license within 24 hours of offer
• New York candidates may apply with proof of pending NY license
• At least two recent references from a nurse manager or supervisor are required, with one reference from the past 6 months and one from the past year
