American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Mother Baby/Post Partum position requiring a KS or compact RN license and recent postpartum experience.

Details

• Work in a Mother Baby Unit at a hospital setting
• Primary focus on postpartum patient care for mothers and newborns
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• At least 1 year of recent postpartum nursing experience
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required through AHA/AAP
• MOAB De-Escalation Training preferred
• Primary source license verification via Nursys within 30 days prior to start
• Must possess a valid US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

Additional Information

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to postpartum mothers and their newborns
• Local candidates are accepted but at a reduced rate, subject to facility radius rules
• COVID-19 vaccination is no longer required
• Must provide two references and a copy of driver's license for consideration
• Travelers may only apply to one position within the health system at a time
