Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room and Endoscopy position in CT with on-call and weekend requirements.

Details

Work in the Operating Room and Endoscopy departments of a hospital setting
Day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Includes 1-2 on-call shifts per week and 1 weekend on-call per 4 weeks
Uses Cerner EMR system

Requirements

Active CT or compact RN license required
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Minimum of 2 years' Operating Room nursing experience required
Orthopedic experience is preferred

Additional Information

May float between Operating Room and Endoscopy as needed
Two recent professional references from prior year required for consideration
Local candidates within 60 miles are eligible
Proper hospital scrubs must be worn while on duty
