Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced LPN for a night-shift inpatient rehab assignment requiring at least 2 years of recent rehab or clinical experience.

Details

• Work in an inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Patient population consists of adults requiring rehabilitative nursing care
• Schedule is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM for a 13-week contract
• No local candidates accepted; must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility

Requirements

• Active LPN license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a comparable rehab or clinical setting
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC with no expiration within the first 30 days of assignment
• NIH Stroke certification required for LPNs in this setting
• Must provide US Social Security Number (no Canadian SSNs accepted) and date of birth for consideration
• At least one professional reference required; state-specific reference requirements may apply
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months

• Responsible for providing nursing care, monitoring patient progress, and assisting with rehabilitation plans in a team-oriented environment
• Required documentation includes a complete profile with license verification and copies of certifications
• Candidates will not be considered if they reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
