Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced LPN for a 13-week inpatient rehab assignment with 12-hour day shifts and a minimum of 2 years of recent rehab or inpatient experience required.

Details

• Work in an inpatient rehab unit
• Shift is 7:00AM to 7:00PM for the duration of the contract
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• No local candidates will be considered due to a 50 mile radius rule

Requirements

• Current active LPN license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a relevant inpatient or rehab setting
• BLS certification accepted from AHA or ARC, which must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• NIH Stroke Certification required for LPNs in this department
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more over the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• At least one professional reference required (two for Florida and Missouri licenses)

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include direct patient care for adult rehab patients
• NIH Stroke Certification required due to patient population
• References and license verification are part of the pre-employment process
• Only LPNs living at least 50 miles from the facility are eligible
