American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Telemetry night shift position on the Vascular C5 unit requiring a current NY RN license and Epic EMR proficiency.

Details

• Work in the Vascular C5 unit providing cardiac telemetry care
• Hospital environment with a focus on vascular patient population
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
• Epic EMR is used and prior experience is required
• No blocked scheduling is allowed
• Floating not specified

Requirements

• Active NY RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in telemetry
• Current certifications from AHA or RQI required (BLS and any additional relevant to role)
• Epic EMR experience required for consideration
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number required
• Flu vaccination required; only medical exemptions signed by a licensed professional are accepted

Additional Information

• Competency testing required for all applicants, with two attempts to pass
• More than 3 call outs in a 13-week period may result in contract termination and shifts must be made up within 6 weeks
• No local candidates accepted from specified counties within a 50-mile radius
• Travel pairs are not allowed for this assignment
• RTO (requested time off) must be submitted with your application
