Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced LPN with a minimum of 2 years recent Med/Surg experience and active BLS for a day shift contract in a medical surgical unit.

Details

• Work in a medical surgical unit on floor 3
• Day shift schedule from 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week assignment duration
• Care provided to adult med/surg patient population
• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius of the facility

Requirements

• Current LPN license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience
• Active BLS certification required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• No prior permanent employment at a CHS facility within the last 2 years
• Driver’s license required for consideration
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment

Additional Information

• Med/Surg LPN responsibilities include medication administration, patient monitoring, documentation, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
• Requests for time off (RTO) must be less than 1 week
• Assignment contingent on scheduling needs and confirmed start date
