Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med Surg LPN with at least 2 years of experience, ACLS, BLS, and ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certifications for a day shift position.

Details

• Work in a medical surgical unit specializing in spine and pain management
• Day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Uses Epic for charting, experience preferred

Requirements

• Active LPN license required at time of consideration, license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Med Surg nursing experience as an LPN
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification required
• COVID vaccination required
• First-time travelers not accepted

Additional Information

• Focus on providing care to patients with medical, surgical, and oncology needs
• Facility has a smaller and slower-paced environment
• Only 1 week of RTO will be considered and must be requested at time of submission
• Cannot take every holiday off
• Locals are not accepted for this assignment
• Candidates must provide ample notice for any call outs, more than 24 hours in advance
