Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Home Infusion IV Nursing position requiring prior home care experience and IV therapy proficiency.

Details

• Home infusion nursing role in a home health setting
• Daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Weekend on-call shifts required once every 7-8 weeks from Friday evening to Monday morning
• No holiday shifts required
• No floating to other units

Requirements

• Active MD or compact RN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Prior home infusion and home health nursing experience required
• Proficiency with IV placement and infusion therapies
• Ability to manage patients independently in the field
• Experience with comparable facility size (500+ bed count) if applicable
• Preferred experience with remote client documentation and Epic EMR

Additional Information

• Responsible for delivering infusion therapies to patients in their homes
• Manage documentation, communication, and care coordination remotely as needed
• No holiday coverage required for this assignment
