Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position in Massachusetts with a current MA RN license and strong ER background.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Night shift position with three 12-hour shifts per week (19:00–7:30)
• Must work every other weekend and holiday
• Possible float to an affiliated hospital campus
• Must be flexible to start up to four hours before or after the scheduled shift time based on department needs
• Epic EMR experience is strongly preferred

Requirements

• Active, permanent MA RN license required
• Minimum of 18 months of recent Emergency Department experience
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• 200 mile radius rule applies for RN candidates
• Passing an EKG test is required prior to consideration

Additional Information

• Provision of care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Coverage for holidays is required as part of the schedule
• Two references are required, with at least one from a Nurse Manager or higher
