American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PCU/Stepdown position in Minnesota with day/night rotation and strong ICU background.

Details

• Work in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within a hospital setting
• Patient population includes stepdown/telemetry and intermediate care
• Day and night rotation with 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week schedule
• Must be willing to float to ICU, Med Surg, and Telemetry units as needed
• Weekend and holiday coverage required as needed

Requirements

• Active MN RN license required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required upon consideration
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU experience required
• ICU experience required
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption required

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include monitoring stepdown patients and responding to changing clinical conditions
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is expected
• Orientation to unit protocols and floating procedures will be provided
• Willingness to start within 3 weeks is required for consideration
