American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position on night shifts requiring TN or compact licensure and specialized fetal monitoring certification.

Details

• Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital setting
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Caring for maternal and neonatal patients throughout labor and delivery

Requirements

• Active RN license in TN or compact state
• Minimum one year of recent experience in labor and delivery nursing
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or ARC
• Intermediate or advanced AWHONN or NCC EFM fetal monitoring certification required
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced 9th Edition certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics
• No work gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility—no local candidates accepted

Additional Information

• Provide labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care to mothers and newborns
• Must meet hospital's holiday coverage expectations as scheduled
• References required per state guidelines; one for most states, two for Florida and Missouri
• SSN and date of birth are required for consideration
• Only US candidates are eligible; Canadian SSNs are not accepted
