Description

American Traveler is seeking a CVOR Certified Surgical First Assistant for a day shift operating room role requiring Level 1 experience and NBSTSA/CSFA certification.

Details

• Work in a hospital Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
• Day shift schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, four 10-hour shifts
• Call is required as part of the position
• Level 1 trauma hospital environment

Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license required
• NBSTSA and CSFA certifications are required
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Level 1 trauma experience is required
• Two professional references from supervisors within the past two years must be provided
• Candidates must live more than 70 miles away from the facility; local travelers are not accepted
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include assisting in cardiovascular OR cases as a surgical first assistant
• The position requires participation in the call rotation
