Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Pediatric Stepdown unit with a valid NC or compact RN license and night shift availability.

Details

• Work in a Pediatric Stepdown unit within a hospital setting
• Patient population includes pediatric stepdown patients
• Three 12-hour night shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:30
• Required to work every other weekend
• Floating to other units is required
• Bi-weekly orientation sessions are provided

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license in hand
• Current BLS and PALS certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required, with 2 years highly preferred
• One supervisory reference from within the past year required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions or declinations accepted
• Full SSN and DOB must be provided for consideration

• Open to first-time travelers
• Local candidates within a 75-mile radius are accepted
• Required to participate in bi-weekly orientation
• Team involvement and flexibility for floating across units expected
