Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Acute Care Float position covering MS/Tele and Cardiac Tele units with required night shifts and travel experience.

Details

• Position is in an acute care hospital setting
• Float pool covering Med/Surg, Tele, and Cardiac Telemetry units
• Night shift schedule: three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Floating required within skillset to Med/Surg and MS/Tele units
• Every other weekend required

Requirements

• Active MD or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years MS/Tele and Cardiac Tele experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with at least 80% overall and 100% on lethal rhythms

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include providing acute care nursing support across multiple units based on facility needs
• Locals within 60 miles are eligible for a different rate
• Team members will routinely float within areas of competency
• Every other weekend is required as part of this role
