American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit position requiring a NH or compact license and NIH Stroke Scale certification.

Details

• Work in a hospital-based Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM on a 13-week contract
• Care for patients needing progressive and telemetry-level monitoring

Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent PCU or Telemetry experience
• Current AHA or ARC BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• No employment gaps totaling 90 days or more within the past year

Additional Information

• Must provide high-quality nursing care to progressively acute patients
• Current US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration; Canadian SSN not accepted
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius; no local candidates accepted
