Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position in an acute care setting requiring an active AK RN license and ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.

Details

• Work in a combined acute care and ICU unit with 18 acute care beds and 2 ICU beds
• Acute care/ICU setting caring for critically ill adult patients
• 12-hour shifts with exact shifts to be discussed during the interview
• Coverage may include all shifts depending on facility needs
• Uses the TruBridge - Evident EMR system

Requirements

• Active Alaska (AK) RN license is required
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS are mandatory
• A minimum of 2 years of RN experience is required
• Experience working in ICU or acute care settings is required

Additional Information

• This assignment is for a 13-week contract
• Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care to acute and critically ill patients
• Shift cancellation policy allows up to 3 canceled shifts per 13-week assignment
• Orientation hours are not provided for this assignment
