American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a critical need Med/Surg Telemetry position in Hawaii, requiring a current HI RN license and strong arrhythmia recognition skills.

Details

• Work in a medical/surgical telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Responsibilities include providing care to adult medical-surgical patients with telemetry monitoring needs
• 12-hour variable day/night shifts from 7:15 PM to 7:45 AM
• Assignment is 13 weeks in duration
• Utilizes Epic EMR system

Requirements

• Active HI RN license required at the time of consideration; pending licenses not accepted
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent Med/Surg Tele experience
• Certifications required: BLS and ACLS
• Demonstrated basic arrhythmia recognition skills
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field is preferred
• Both local and travel candidates are compensated at the same rate
• Compliance with work duration limits may require a 90-day break after 2 years of assignment
• Must adhere to all vaccination and health screening requirements as set by the facility
