American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a critical need ICU position in California requiring an active CA RN license and recent ICU experience.

Details

• Work in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within a hospital setting
• Night shift position with 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Patient care managed using the Epic EMR system

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time ICU nursing experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Active licenses and certifications must be obtained prior to consideration
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• BSN or related bachelor's degree preferred
• Two years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale certification and CCRN certification preferred
• Experience with dialysis, SLED, or equivalent preferred
• Travelers and local candidates are accepted with the same rate
• Tenure policy limits travelers to a maximum of two years on assignment
