American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Small Bowel Transplant outpatient role requiring a DC RN license and transplant or adult IV start experience.

Details

• Work in a transplant outpatient/clinic setting focusing on small bowel transplant
• Adult patient population
• Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• No floating required

Requirements

• Active DC RN license must be in hand at time of consideration
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• At least 2 years of outpatient or clinic RN experience required
• Experience in adult IV starts required
• Transplant RN experience highly preferred
• Must provide two recent supervisor references
• Flu vaccination is required

Additional Information

• Previous MedStar employees must have at least a one-year gap before returning as a traveler
• Local candidates within a 60-mile radius are accepted
• Pre-assignment and orientation modules are required
