American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN-Case Manager for a weekday, day shift position requiring MD licensure and inpatient hospital experience.

Details

• Work in the Case Management department of an inpatient hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00-16:30 or 8:30-16:30 as needed
• No weekend or on-call responsibilities
• Average daily caseload of 15 inpatient cases
• Utilizes Epic EMR, with Epic experience preferred

Requirements

• Active RN license in Maryland (MD) or compact state required
• Minimum of 2 years of case management experience required
• Inpatient hospital or acute care experience required
• BLS certification preferred

Additional Information

• Coordinates care management, discharge planning, and placement for inpatients
• Addresses medical, home care, and social issues to ensure safe discharge and wrap-around services
• First-time travelers with required experience will be considered
• Business casual attire is required
