American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg unit night shift position requiring TN or compact licensure and two years of MS/Tele experience.

Details

• Work in the Medical Surgical unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts (18:30-07:00)
• Every other weekend required
• No call responsibilities
• Floating to other units as required
• Patient population includes medical-surgical and telemetry cases

Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum of two years of Med/Surg and telemetry experience required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
• First-time travelers will be considered

Additional Information

• Expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education along with clinical care duties
• General orientation begins on Sundays with online coursework
