Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with at least 2 years of recent ICU/CCU experience and a WV or compact RN license.

Details

• Position is in the ICU/CCU unit of a hospital setting
• Patient ratio is 1:2/3, subject to fluctuation based on census and staffing
• Night shift, 19:00-07:30, with a 36/48 hour alternating weekly schedule
• Meditech EMR is used in this unit
• Bi-weekly orientation is provided

Requirements

• Active WV or compact state RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU or CCU experience required
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale required
• Candidate must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered

Additional Information

• Travel pairs are not accepted unless there are extenuating circumstances based on unit needs
• Holiday and weekend shifts may be required depending on scheduling needs
• Professional attire and adherence to unit’s dress code are expected
• No local candidates are accepted due to the 100 mile radius rule
